Arsenal: B. Good signings in Torreira + some good depth with no outs

Bournemouth: C- didn't really solve their defensive issues but held onto Lewis Cook

Brighton: A- didn't lose anyone of note and signed quite a few players. Not resting on their laurels and if Gross is anything to go by their scouts know how to pick out talent. I'm tipping Bissouma to be the pick of the bunch

Burnley: C- only get into the C range due to the signing of Gibson. Don't think they've added enough to deal with EL

Cardiff: D signed pretty much all Championship quality players

Chelsea: B+ they made some very good signings in Kovacic and Jorginho but lose a mark for what appears to be a long-term gain short-term pain GK adjustment

Crystal Palace: B I think they've covered the loss of Cabaye well enough. Held onto Zaha which was key. Will be hoping Guita is finally a PL standard GK. Kouyate a steal at 9m

Everton: B deducted a mark because of how their supposed good signings last year were quantity of quality. Could be the same again going down the Barca B path which hasn't worked in the past

Fulham: A- they lose a mark for perhaps too much change. Kept Sessengon, got Mitro back & added a lot of PL standard. Vietto is a FM legend will be fun to see how he goes. Can't believe they got Seri.

Huddersfield: A- two bonus marks for them. One for making a profit on the Sobhi-Ince deal. Second for signing FM wonderkids Kongolo, Bacuna & Diahkaby

Leicester: B obviously losing Mahrez is going to hurt them. Will be interested to see if Maddison is worth all of the hype. Evans is an underrated piece of business

Liverpool: A+ the best in the window by a long way. Not much needs to be said really. Upgrading at GK is enough for an A-grade mark for them

Man C: B Mahrez just adds even more to the best side in the comp. It's their business from last year that will kick on more this season (Laporte, Mendy, B.Silva)

Man U: C- bit of a nothing window for them. Not that bad if Fred is as good as they hope

Newcastle: C+ not a bad window adding in Rondon and Kenedy. Schar used to be linked with top clubs so he might cover the loss of Mbemba

Southampton: C I don't think they've covered the losses of Boufal and Tadic well enough with Ings and Elyounassi. Vestergaard appears to be a good fit for the league though

Tottenham: D- it's not an F because they've held onto everyone they wanted to. Leaving a lot to Lucas and Lamela to act as new signings

Watford: C- a real Watford summer. Fair few names in but none will be consistent enough for them to be any more than bottom half

West Ham: A the runners up to Liverpool this window. I don't think it'll work instantly but over time they've got a good squad. I don't think all will work out but there's bound to be 2-3 good signings from that list

Wolves: A the ultimate Football Manager save in real life. Will be very interested to see how they go. Lose the + due to perhaps making too many moves, something that all FM players have done I'm sure. Also not sold on Adama Traroe at all

A- for Liverpool.

Still think we needed to offload a few players that we couldn't (Mignolet, Origi, Solanke, Grujic, Ojo, Chirivella, Moreno, Randall, Markovic).

Also wanted us to get Fekir. I think we will replace Matip and Klavan with another CB next summer too.

players can and will still be offloaded, the window is only closed for 20 clubs.

im happy with mahrez. adds another dimension to a potent attack. would've liked a midfielder in but if it results in foden, diaz and the newly brought in gomes getting more minutes, im fine.

May bump it up from an A- to a standard A if some unneeded players still get loaned/sold.

B+ for us. Might be an A if we find an PL elite player among the new signings.

Also signed a lot of 18-20 year old players as well trying to get the youth pipeline stocked up and hopefully start producing some first XI players.

Spurs retaining their key players certainly counts for something, especially during a period of building a stadium.

Liverpool absolutely had to make a statement and sign a quality GK, they’ve done very well this window. Clearly the best squad with the best chance to challenge City.

For Arsenal, window started very well with some early signings made. Still some glaring holes in the squad but difficult to fill them all in one window.

Still a decent window overall but the Kroenke takeover has certainly dampened some spirits amongst the fans.

I'd prefer not bringing anyone in than if we panicked and got Andre Gomes or Joao Mario on loans tbh. Would rather give Winks & Onomah a shot at reaching that level.

Could be a big opportunity for Winks this season. May see him end up playing for England soon.

I genuinely believe if he didn't do his ankle when he did he would have gone to the WC. Started games against Madrid and was close to our best on the park. Alongside Dier he worked well but in a midfield 3 with Dier and Dembele it really was the perfect mix for us.

You missed Wolves: A+

Torn between an A- and a B+ plus for us.

Would have loved to get a better defensive midfielder in than Sanchez when it was all said and done, Thiago Maia I would have loved, but probably because of FFP reasons we couldn't.

Lanzini's injury forced us to really go all out for attacking midfielders, I'm hoping Anderson will suprise and have an impact as what Salah did, not as many goals / assists, but he did have the most dribbles last season per game from memory, hopefully he'll be the new Payet.

Lucas Perez I think if he gets enough game time could really surprise, and spending $4M on argubly a starting Striker in the Premier League talent wise is a pretty decent deal. Yarmolenko I think will be very hit or miss, but he should get first go as a Right Winger.

Getting rid of Kouyate is addition by subtraction because Declan Rice should start as a DM now. Also brought in 2 new center back's in Balbuena and Diop who both look pretty good, should be better than the Ogbonna / Reid partnership. Squad wise now though, we have actual depth in all positions which is a welcome change.

In terms of other clubs, most people myself included have Liverpool probably as the best. Fulham I'll give credit to, whether all of those players they bought are worth more than $100M, we'll see. Everton I'm worried they may have Deja Vu again with some of their buys, but they can probably say the same thing about the players we bought. Wolves I thought made some very smart additions, and really should be top 10 this season.

I thought the Geordies did well to hang onto Lascelles in the end, even though they're probably losers for making money in the window. Watford I thought didn't really do much, and they'll be up against it this season because of it (and their manager)....

Still time to get rid of a lot of those go Championship or European clubs as their window is still open.
