Swapping captains after tonight

Richmond and Carlton players are locked after 7:40PM. I'm sure if you had one of them Captain, Vice Captain Emergency or Bench they would stay that way.

actually I believe if you make a carlton or richmond (shudder) player VC, if they score really well, you can just put a spud who wont score at all (r4) as captain, thus the vc score will count

If they score well, don't pick a captain. If they don't (ie. me with Newman), pick Ablett.

Simple.

I had Newman as vice captain with 2 by 16.

Ouch.. Just checked.. I did actually VC betts not waite. HAd them around tehw rong way... so 132 x2... or shouold I go for ablett.


ablett should do better, but after crap preseason.. I'm worried.

Well, Ablett could score well over 132. It's double or nothing, really. You can go safe with Betts and rack up 264, or bet it all on Ablett.

This word needs to become apart of dream team folklore, however I would suggest a change in spelling to 'captainise'

Much like 'lock', 'keeper', 'cash cow', 'mid-pricer' and 'spud' are now a part of our vocabulary.

For the record I hope everyone who vice-captainised a Carlton or Richmond player and elects not to captainise as a result of good score be punished by having no double score for vice-captainised player.
