I don't know if they do this...but the Eagles should try and switch players from their normal positions during intra-club scratch matches...it could help them in the long run - make them better understand how to play effectivley against the oppositon...what i mean is this:
Cousins play as a tagger - pick up his defensive side of his game
Matera as a back pocket - learn all the tricks that defenders use to stop their opponent
switch defenders and forwards around...play gardiner at half back...
etc, etc, etc...what do you guys think? am I off my rocker or do I have a point
