read an article on the net this morning claiming Sydney cant win. Timing is all wrong, and the stars are not aligning in Sydneys favour this year. Have to say, it has some merit. CW bring back Fraser Didak and Rusling, we bring back a semi fit Hall, lose Ablett, no TK, no Buchannan and question marks hanging over players such as lrt, crouch & micky o, and questionable form.

ah well, we always do play better as the underdog. i hate it when sydney are 'supposed' to win.

i have not forgotten, I was merely citing an article I read. I think the 'Sydney Cant Win' tag, was also getting at Sydney cant take a trick in terms of opposing teams having good players coming back in on Sydney games, ie: Cousins, Buckley, Fraser, Didak, Rusling...

I saw this last night on hear and thought weird. A bit more digging and a few questions though the bookies are also taking us on, the punters want us and the bookies are smiling about it as they think they have a good chance of taking some serious money off punters backing the swans while there exposure is lower than what they were anticipating.

Damn I’m getting nervous though.

I don't like being favourites. We tend to lose.

We were favourites, believe it or not, against Collingwood twice this year. And we still are? I find that amazing and very odd. I prefer us being the underdogs, especially back in 2005 and 2006. After everyone was jumping on the Swans we slip... could be just coincidence.

I'm getting nervous too. I find it hard for Sydney to beat against Collingwood. Mind you, we played our worst games against Collingwood. Intensity or not, their midfield will kill our midfield.
