Now that the bitter taste of defeat is almost washed from my mouth & I can use the word "umpire" without various profanities preceding it, one thing is worth noting.
Our last 3 games vs WCE have been amongst the best 3 games of footy I've ever watched - and all were far from being goalfests. The AFL seems to think everyone wants to watch "20 goals all" shoot outs but give me a tough contested game like these where every possession is earnt and the passion is palpable.
Could be the start of a great rivalry between these 2 clubs I think.
