Tambling's courage

Wow he was pushing and giving some Essendon players some bumps of the ball.

You're an absolute joke benny. :thumbsd:

You're usually a better poster than this mate, you would have no idea if Tambling is tough or not. I bet everyone assumes X Ellis is a soft player just because he's skinny too, and maybe he is, but unless you know for sure then leave your comments to yourself.

Everyone loves to kick it into Tambling, but one day he is going to be a star and prove everybody wrong.

If I had one pick of any player from your team it would be Tambling.

Whilst I bag your coach, Tambling has shown why he was regarded so highly and will be a star. Imagine being a kid trying to carry a team. I had to fight off the wolves all year last year, for similar reasons about my mob.

dissapointing game from Tambo. ;)

Yep, disappointing. Some say he had a good game but it was below this year's standard (which has been up and down).

He hasn't played very well since returning a couple of weeks early from his shoulder injury. It is obviously still ginger as it saw him get taken off the ground from a slight knock...

Having said that having 16 possessions (6 hardball gets - the highest percentage on the ground) despite having only 59% gametime isn't too bad.

Give him 100% gametime and he'd have 25 possies and 10 hardball gets, and he didn't even have a good day.

dude, the number means Jack if the number doesnt "hurt" the opposition. Where he was picked, 15 telling touches should be enough to have us partying. i,e the 4 goal quarter against the eagles is what we want from the bling. Let the others graft out the coal face stats. ;)

Yeh I'm agreeing, just saying he wasn't poor and he found the ball when he was actually on the ground.

If he finds as much of the ball next week then I'd back him to be more damaging ;)

I wasn't making any judgment if Tambling was tough or not, i was bagging your post about how you seem to think that bumping and pushing essendon players when of the ball is a sure sign of toughness.

It was a disgusting post benny.

It was one of several signs, on it's own then no it doesn't show much but I can't just explain it. Deledio is the player who has no physical pressence in his game yet it seems everybody sticks the boot into Tambo for being soft. There are just a lot of signs that show Bling will become more of a physically aggressive player than people think, I'm far from the only one who has noticed this.

It'd be like saying Aaron Davey was soft you know, but when he turns 22/23 he is able to do it more often.

What player in the league can hit form good enough to kick 4 goals in a quarter on a regular basis?
Even Judd isn't that good, you expect far too much
