Tarver stops Green

Anthony Tarver won the WBO world cruiserweight title last night with an end of 9th round TKO win over Danny Green.

Danny gave a good post-match talk giving credit to Tarver. Surely time to hang up the gloves though, everything post-Mundine is an anti-climax.

From the clips I saw on the news looks like Danny was given a belting. If he didn't see some of those punches coming from Cape York then yes it's time to get out before he is seriously hurt.

Had to laugh at Tarver calling Danny a caveman. Some of the punches he threw were prehistoric.
