I spoke with someone key from the club over the last few days who said that the Tasmanian trip was the best that the club has had since they have been their (nearly 10 years now I think)....One particular "event" (confidential) was the highlight of the trip and really set the tone for the trip.....

He says he's not sure what impact that will have in a season of course, but psychologically it was a big step forward for the club....

Thanks for the feedback Gary.

There has been a lot of positive things said about the trip, as there usually is about all trips, and maybe they will find themselves back there again next pre season.

Cheers

Thanks Merv - lets just say that he is "integral in organising" the trips. He mentioned that although some other trips had been good and some had some "unfinished business", this had been the best in terms of outcome, group structure, inisghts and team building. They "exercised some demons"..>!!

The 2 day SAS exercise was great from a player inisght perspective and the team stuff with dunes was great.....

All in all, best since he had been there..

Have to say i have heard nothing but posative feedback from several different people conected to the club in some way about the camp and the training in general.
Clear line of comunication is one thing that keeps coming up in conversation.
