Anyone in to these? Been thinking about getting my right arm eventually bit by bit to get a tattoo sleeve.

I know it depends on what tattoos but generally speaking, what would be the average cost of a tattoo sleeve, as in from the top of your arm to the end of your wrist?
 
It's worth bearing in mind that a tattoo is not a one off cost. If you want to keep them looking good they need to be reinked every so often. I get mine done every eighteen months to two years, it generally costs about $400 and I only have a few, so I would imagine maintaining a full sleeve would be fairly expensive.

Haha... This will go well.

Mate id write down the exact tattoo you want. Put the paper in a drawer and forget about the idea. Pull it out again in 6 - 12 months, if you're still dead keen on it, go for it.

Don't be surprised if you're not.

I've been thinking bout it for a while now, but I'm getting my nose pierced first. I've already got 1 decent sized tattoo on the inside of my right arms. Of course I wouldn't be getting the sleeve done all at once, far too costly. It would be a work in progress over quite some time.
 
I've got nearly my entire forearm done all up its in the vicinity of $1200. But I got 3 of the small ones at the same time for $300 which if I got them separate it would of cost about $450 due to the place I go to having a minimum amount of $150 for any work. Then I've got two big pieces that make up the other $900. I'd expect an entire sleeve to cost a few grand all up depends on what it is and how long you can sit in the chair before bailing.

Maybe if you show a 3.5" floppy disk or Tamagotchi as identification and tell the tattoo artist how much you're looking forward to the follow up to Jagged Little Pill they might let you get one.
