no such thing as tefa,they have joined ntfl,there will be 8 premier league sides (last years a grade), 11 division one sides (7 ntfl b grade sides from last year and uni,tv,pints,banks ) and 9 division 2 sides (last years tefa reserves plus services and waratahs)
