Sadly, both The Age and H Sun claim it is an ex-Collingwood player, with the H Sun claiming he played "a handful of games".

Can I be the first to say that I admire Teague's play, even from his time at the Roos and that I hope this doesn't spark a flurry of "Typical Collingwood Scum" posts. Typical Scum - yes. Typical Collingwood - not so much these days.

The Nightclub he was at is called "Next Blue" at Crown - I heard it is a kind of Blue Oyster Bar (from Police Academy) where guys dance with guys...I think the "hot looking chick" he was trying to seduce may have been a man!!!

I don't think it is appropriate for Teague to be out at 3.30 am especially the way he has played of late. How much longer would he have been out had he not been punched? Closing time perhaps.

I believe it is sending a message that he has lost faith in the season at the moment. A player who is happy with his form would not be hanging around clubs at that time of morning in my opinion.
