Teal Seats

I couldnt help but puke at the new seating colour at Footy Park - Teal Blue.

Perhaps they thought PAP crowd numbers could be made tolook bigger by deception.

Oh well, there goes the PAP joke about the silver seating

I agree TJ that the seat colour looks a bit pooncy. Do you think they will mind if I spray paint mine blue, red & yellow after the 1st game...

TJ, you've got it all wrong. If you really associate the teal blue seats with Port, just think of the joy you'll get at the game when you pass wind!!!

Yes black & white for tradition, teal for the empty seats. They don't really use silver in their colours and the teal/sea bit never made sense anyway.

I think the turqouise colour is fine; they already had them in the Northern Stand. Thank god they're not doing that multi-coloured crap they have at the Gabba and Bellerive.

Also good to see Football Park finally modernising with proper seating.

Don't care about the colour just the concept.

The bench seats were much better. If you were worried about them being cold you would have to be a moron not to take a cushion or a towell with you.

No doubt the new seats will be too small for my fat ass.

Had a look at on the news tonight and the teal looks quite good. It gives our tired old grey stadium a real boost!

The SANFL 's next project should be to name some of the stands after SA footy legends. I cant believe it hasnt been done already.

How about the comment by Choco that he thought it would be an advantage for it to blend in with the colour of the new seats. Is he expecting even smaller crowd numbers this year?

1. The new Power jumper will just make them bigger laughingstocks of the AFL. It is so plain, dull, and boring. I could have come up with a better design than that, and I couldn't draw to save my life!

2. As for the new seats, I hope they last longer than the ones in the new stand, I spent half time of the final last year repairing my seat. At least the seats give me an excuse to go to the Wizard Cup game next weekend.
