Telstra Bigpond Cable

Hi everyone, I need some help with my broadband cable..

I have just formatted my pc and I am just wondering if anybody knows how to create a new connection...I am using windows XP

I tried doing it this morning and created it successfully, but when I clicled connect on the cable icon, it started to dial up the connection when it shouldn't

If you could help me with this issue I would appreciate it alot...

So what are you paying Bigpond $70-80 per month for? To ask technical support questions on Bigfooty, or to utilise their helpdesk, which you are funding with your subscription fee.
