Terrible umpiring

So it got looked into. Declared umpire was wrong and should have reviewed it. Good. But, what the **** do we get out of it???? It cost us 4 ******* points which would be the difference between us making and not making finals. Cheers AFL. Screw us over again

That was a terrible non-decision. Even in real time you could see the ball was out at least half a metre.

The goal umpire incident wasn't really that bad though, the ball was most likely going to hit the post anyway.

Even if they reviewed it they would have called it inconclusive - umpires call

Nothing is going to change the result what I want is for them to change the goal umpires postioning and get away from straddling the goal line and not have any part of there body except leaning their head in. Have you ever seen a boundary umpire straddle the line??

Yes we have no idea why this stooge was straddling the goal line when there was no contest, there would also be many other stuff up's they made. But why could the players not flood back, we could'nt evan get some one to stand on the goal line, what the ----? And we trained all summer to handleing close finish, we these guys asleep.

Yes well so I just happened to be searching around for videos of the young foxey and came (ahem) across this.

Watch from 0:50 Chelsea has it nailed.




Ball comes in at a very similar angle to White's shot and Chelsea is nowhere near the post or field of play but is still able to easily assess the result. Seems the bloke on Friday night stuffed up.
