Tigerland55, Richmond, has been charged with a level two striking offence (125 demerit points, one-match sanction) for bumping the thread testing..., during the evening of Tuesday December 9 2014.

In summary, due to his previous poor record, his one-match sanction must remain at one match, even with an early plea.

Based on the video evidence available and a medical report from the Richmond Football Club, the incident was assessed as no new content (two points), low troll intent (one point) and low-brow humour (two points). This is a total of five activation points, resulting in a classification of a level two offence, drawing 125 demerit points and a one week ban. He has an existing bad record of 68.75 demerit points carried over from within the last 12 months, increasing the penalty to 193.75 points and a one week ban. An early plea reduces the sanction by 25 per cent to 145.31 points and a one week ban.
