thanks essendon for playing your part in a great game on saturday - that was one of the best games ive attended in years. atmosphere was brilliant, quality of attacking football was outstanding - and i had a ball. three brillant marking forwards in lucas, lloyd and fev - exciting quick young players, and a lot of tough stuff to boot -

I'd rather a Sydney like win over an amazing loss any day. I can see how it was great for the neutral but a team shouldn't play for the neutral fans
