ed off, we were 29 points up, we had a chance to kick away, really put it out of reach. We let them back in and if Reiwoldt had kicked that goal it would be much better. The boys should be shot for resorting to chippy chippy football in the passage where they clawed back. Full games effort boys.Log in to remove this Banner Ad
You can't let it go after 4 bad losses playing bad footy.catempire said:Let it go mate. It could have been much, much worse. The win was the most important thing. If we win next week we're suddenly 4-4 and right in the mix.
sorry buddy but you have to let it go. if you said before the game that we'd win you'd take it with a smile from ear to ear. we needed a win badly tonight and we got it. we were never going to blow them out of the park, our form hasn't been good enough to warrant that. who knows now though mate, a win against the pies next week and we go 4-4, things start to look ok then. once the confidence is fully back within the playing group it is at that point when I will be disappointed if they don't put sides away.YOTC said:You can't let it go after 4 bad losses playing bad footy.
And i was one of the few last week who said all was not lost. I know a win is a win, 4 points, etc, etc but we should have put them away, we played the rivalry, not the game.
I don't want this to become the norm for us, half hearted efforts.

Something to build on.
CatNut said:Worst supporter ever ablettallica, in 35 years as a cats supporter through thick and thin I have never tipped against the mighty catters. Yes it was an ordinary looking game of football but a win is a win.

Have you been tipping Geelong very long?
There is a complete branch of science dedicated to the karmic power of the tip-against-your-team-at-the-right-time-when-we-are-losing.

. I will as a cats supporter never tip against them. at the watercooler at work i may waver and suggest they might have an up hill battle nut will never concede defeat. I will also stay to the final siren when we are flogged...CatNut said:Is that the same as having a.
