I think Alex is rather overrated, though he is probably the best male. He's not as good as he thinks he is and his inability to make a difference with his new team the last couple of weeks, is evidence of this IMO.

I must admit that in the last couple of weeks my opinion of Craig has improved quite a bit, after initially thinking he could not do a thing. I see him as a bit of a smokey at the moment.

How funny was it when big, tough Chris - the same guy who'd threatened x amount of people with physical harm - broke down and cried like a baby after being fired.

Scumbags Craig and Tana deserve to go next.

That was so predictable, the three guys just have no creativity or ingenuity whatsoever.

And I can't believe some contestants had to sleep, the chance of a lifetime and they decide they need their rest rather than complete the task! Ridiculous.

Finally, Alex is to the king of deflecting responsibility. I know everyone blames someone else, but in virtually every task, it's the same outcome.

But he never says something earlier, it's always after they lose that someone else was obviously doing something wrong, but he never does anything about it at the time.

The sad part about it is that it looked as if all 3 did fantastic jobs when it fact it was Kendra who did the majority of the work. Hope that the Donald will find out about this.

I know what you mean Ant. My point of view is that Alex might be so-so on the idea, he may think that if he speaks up and his idea sucks then the team go through with it because they think meh, Alex is the one who thought of it, so he'll get kicked off.
Some part of him obviously likes the idea his team mate thought of, but another part of him hates it and probably has no better idea though.

Bren is actually looking good.

I actually agree with you there choc, I just think if he's so good, and if he's worthy of being the Apprentice, he should make his feelings known earlier. You can't be afraid that your idea is going to fail or that you have a differing opinion....now if he doesn't even have one, that's worse!

The better Kendra gets, the luckier she seems to be choc.

Kendra has come up with some really good ideas this series, on a number of different tasks. Nothing revolutionary, but just enough to separate her team from the opposition, particularly in those sales-based assignments.

Together with Tana's personality, customer service skills and presentation, they've been unbeatable recently. And Craig chipped in well with his box idea too

The other team, whatever their name, just has been really unimaginative.

Actually, in the real world when something needs to be done, yeah you can.

This show represents the opportunity of a lifetime for these people and Craig and Tana were prepared to risk it all for a few hours sleep.

Worst final 4 ever. Tana takes credit for everyone elses work, Craig is a knob and blames everyone else.

I wanted the bow-tie guy to win, he was my favourite. I was surprised at how little resistance he offered in the boardroom against Alex though... he didn't fire a shot at all.

Their invention was downright terrible!

I fell asleep on the couch and woke up at 2am!!! What happened last night? Can simoneone give me a quick rundown. Thank you.

Firstly, they evened up the teams, as per usual, and Alex picked Tana, leaving Kendra with Craig.

The task was to design t-shirts to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Hanes shirts (or something along those lines) and then earn as much money as they could selling the clothing. They were each given the services of one pop culture/art designer for the logo.

The logo designs of both teams were fairly similar, in the end Kendra (project manager) and Craig sold more shirts and earned more money than Tana (PM) and Alex, despite pricing their items considerably lower.

The key factor was Kendra deciding to email 3000 of her designer's biggest fans/buyers and alerting them to the fact a limited edition sale was taking place the following day.

In comparison, Tana and Alex's marketing of their t-shirts was pretty poor to non-existent.

The Trump ended up giving the finger to Alex in the boardroom, partly because he incorrectly quoted his win-loss ratio as project manager, but mainly because he's a useless tool who fluked his way into the final 4.

Tana was on the ropes until Alex's gaffe about losing as project manager.

She looked like a rabbit caught in a spotlight when The Donald put her under the pump.

Next to no chance of surviving the brutal interview process.

Frankly it has gotten to the point where they all suck this season.

Hard to pick a winner, but I would guess at this stage that Kendra would have to be the favourite.

Tana's decision making process is horrible, has been exposed, and I think she will be put to the sword about it next week.

Alex looked safe until Trump asked him how many times he had lost as project manager and he forgot the time with Bren and Trumpy got stuck into him and that was the end of the penny section.

Of the final candidates Kendra deserves to win.
