You had no vision.. if you did you couldnt explain it.

These people were the people that helped make TBV what6 it was.
I would never apologise to you GBs because there was nothing to apologise over.You treated people with disdain. You lied!When you sent me away fro 7 days (AS YOU PROMISED) you then changed the goalposts and said it was indefinite unless i got on my hands and knees and apologied to you and then "agreed to tow the line " whatever that meant....
You said i abused you and you abused people and called them "ar-se clowns because they aked questions. You pushed a repected female poster to leave the site.
I didnt shyt in your face.. you shyted in the face of the community that made the site what it was.. as you can see the community does not need TBV to thrive and survive.. it is more than capable of picking up the pieces and going forward.
This is revisionary stuff!!!You blundered and lied ..locked threads and banned left right and centre. You treated the place as if you were Saddamn.

Camel you're right, it was never about us blewing, and as far as i'm concerned the sort of animosity that exists between Sheik and I does not exist between you (and the new sites) and I. Big time different situation, poles apart, and that's why i've linked the new sites in the TBV update message. All's good between you and me don't worry.

Synbad, that don't apply to you, i will always harbour a deep resentment towards you for the part you played in the slandering and character assassination of me that happened on TBV these past 2 weeks. Don't ever try to be chummy with me, we are not and never will be friends. You lack vision or foresight, you were fickle, you said some extremely personally denigrating things about me, you were absolutely totally out of line, and then when you had the olive branch extended to by way of my email you were offered the chance to apologise to me and you chose to sh#t in my face instead. I will never forget it, ever. And i think everything that transpired says just as much about you being a treacherous & fickle bullyboy with a massively overinflated sense of self importance, as it does about me being naive & arrogant.

About reopening TBV, why should i listen to people who don't share the vision to know what it takes to make a successful website work? Someone told me this morning, "That's the thing about opinions, you don't have to know anything to have one". That quote right there synbad is dead set you to a tee.

but you're all probably right though, TBV shouldn't and probably never will be reopened again.....but who knows what can happen eh.

Haven't we all had enough of this? Wasn't it a thread like this that ultimately caused the closing down of TBV? What's the point of re-hashing it all again here?

It's very evident that some people have clashed and there's no going back. Emotions have run very high on all sides for the past 2 weeks and just going over the same arguments here is not going to change anyone's mind. All parties know how the other feels whether they agree with it or not.

Isn't it time for all involved to agree to disagree and stop the contact with each other? Surely it has to be the healthy choice?

Look at the 2 new boards right now. HUNDREDS of posters who were suddenly misplaced through no fault of their own are getting on with it. Many were very hurt and disillusioned on Friday afternoon. None of this was fair on them, but they're all making the most of it.

I like and respect Synbad, Deej and Surrey. You'll find 90% of the old TBVers do. It's really upsetting for me, as I'm sure it is for all the others to know this is still going on.

I've admitted i f-ked up thinking that i could push through improvements on TBV because I'd done it before with great success. I was mistaken to assume i'd be trusted by everyone given my track record in guiding the site to better places, as well as handling over 10 thousand dollars of strangers' money through my personal bank account. I was mistaken to think everyone was intelligent enough to see through to tirade of unsubstantiated abuse and slander and misinterpretations and untruths from Synbad, and would side with me because i was honest and had good intentions and had the runs on the board enough to be trusted to do the right thing with the site.

I was naive and stupid I freely admit it.

This post just proves my point.
This is just another veiled attack.
Have the courage to judge yourself with the same scrutiny you judge others.

People lived in a community site on TBV, you were one of the community Deej but you Deej decided TBV was yours to 'guide'. Maybe TBV was yours in name but it definitely wasn't in spirit. Remember the goodwill of four years and forget publicly blaming Synbad/THS, it's tiring.

Alot of people didnt hear what was really going on... and up pops GoBaggers to be all nice and repectable again... pretend he was rolled by Judas for a few silver pieces.
GoBaggers .. was the false messiah and when it came to the crunch he couldnt lead us to paradise.
