footballers should be doing programs that focus on explosive taining.. i.e explosive bench, squats etc...

...

Biggest malakia ive read on bigfooty. Explosive training only promotes injury....
Correct form is paramount when you train particularly when youre a footballer. Next time youre at the gym overload your weight as normal... and do a set to fatigue as SLOW as you can.

we;; to u it might be a malakia but a few clubs actually use the explosive technique.. its actually quite good for footballers... Have u ever played klappa? ever pushed a bloke in a contested mark situation?? isnt that what an explosive movement?

footballers dont need to big either- which is what your suggested style promotes- the need to strong and relitively big...

Big footballers = Injuries.. remember glen jackovich and kouta... well and truly above their natural size...

Look you malcocknourished ****... My post was related to injuries before they even STEP on a football field. I gather your comprehension skills are somewhat lacking. And since when is strength a hinderance to ones ability to mark? Evidently you've never played the game..... and never received an adequate education ;)
