Stumbled across an interview with Nick Maxwell on Fox Sports News last night.
Was in the Melb studio with Sarah whatshername so it was fairly in-depth.
Nick spoke pretty well, but certainly comes from the Scotty Burns School of "answering every question straight down the line and don't give them much".
Declined the offer to single players out, such as Beams and Sidebottom, but was pretty positive about the state of the list - including the rookies who he felt were impressing on the track. Basically said everyone was ready to go except Rocca, Medhurst & Dyas.
Interestingly he inferred Rocca will 'hopefully' be ready for round 1 of the H&A season, but if not then soon after.
Mentioned that Corrie and L Brown have fitted in well and expects them to play in Perth.
