Oh man, the rant factory is in full production mode! Let's break it down. Still stuck in 2016? Guess that's what happens when you're trying to cling to past glories but can't seem to move forward. Too scared to speak up? Maybe they're just too busy collecting participation trophies for showing up to meetings on time.
