If we're going with a third tall up forward I'd prefer it be Astbury than McGuane.I understand what your saying. However say for example we play either Collingwood or Port Adelaide. The match-ups with King in the side would looks something like:
Port Adelaide
Carlise -> Riewoldt
Trengrove -> Vickery
Jonas loose man in defence
Collingwood
Keefe -> Riewoldt
Brown -> Vickery
Maxell loose man in defence
If McGuane plays it frees up Riewoldt contesting with two 192cm+ players every time the ball comes his way
Regardless of the tall situation, King must play when fit, so he has to come in. I personally just couldn't drop Vlastuin.
