We will make the 8 without the AFL's help. Here is why: If we beat Dogs and one of Ess or Richmond and Port loses to Freo at PS and Geelong at SS, it will come down to Rd 23 against Port at AAMI, which I am confident we can win because Port would have run out of their ridiculous good fortune. Maybe I am crazy or overly optimistic but I would drool at the prospect of playing Richmond in the first week of the finals.

Blues get it done.

This is so true. Any Ross Lyon coached team has a magnificent record at Etihad and we all know how we play there.

Lots to be happy about if you look at issues with a glass half full attitude and everyone around here seems to think we were premiership favourites this year....... About 85% of us ( and the whole of this site ) had us finishing around the 6-10 mark and on the cusp of finals in Mick's first year with us.

More good news is the fact that we will be calling the G home very soon hopefully.

Need to get #STANDDOWNHIRD trending when this flog gets sacked. The similarities between him and Lance Armstrong in denying any wrong doing is making me sick. Seriously, why would you inject ANYONE in particular young men who are regarded as the fittest athletes on earth, with any type of supplement/ peptide.

They better receive punishment for this or I will be seething!

i doubt roo would throw goodwin under the bus like that, considering it was such a clear connection. Unless this is more managed PR work and for some reason someone wanted this out to be less of a shock.
