Happily, I'm caring less about "top" lists and arguing over it these days.

Just seems so pointless.

I love the shows that I love; I don't need for it to be reinforced by reading somebody else's lists or opinion on it.

FWIW though, I seem to agree with most on here, except for that I wouldn't have Breaking Bad anywhere my top ten.

Yeah, find it very difficult to come up with an absolute favourite or a top 10. I can't organise it like that. Especially since TV is so varied in its formats.

Caught a few eps of the first season. Sucked me in a bit.. might have just been the fantasising about having a hot, female terminator as my protector though.

Then I heard it got shitcanned after the second season so didn't bother with it anymore.

Well, if he likes the first series he's going to lose his proverbial refuse when he sees the specials and the 3rd season. The 1st season (oddly enough) isn't a good jumping-on point.
