Guys heading over ( from country sa )this week to watch the magpies V my team the Bombers, with some mates who happen to be all magpie supporters we are booked into the harrison room. can anyone tell me what its like or what i expect?

Jealous, I had tickets to the Prez's lunch this weekend but ended up here (OS dump). Auntie went earlier this year and said food not great but good build up atmosphere, at least you will see the game live, enjoy.

I've been in there the last couple of years for the GF. Behind the goals at the city end, large room, big enough for about 50 odd tables. Lunch in there behind the glass windows then move out to seats out the front. GF day is a suit & tie job, so I'd assume the same for this week.

Food ok, beer cold, but cheap wine!

How do you get in their each grany? Part of a club, through work or can anyone get in their for that 1 day in September??

We had a table for each Final at the MCG for the last 2 years. This year we have upgraded to a 12 seater box.
I'll find out if they sell anything less than a table for the GF only and get back to you
