If we pull off the Sydney game the road trip will be huge. Per/Syd Syd/Per Per/Mel. Doesn't allow too much time for recovery. If WC win they will be in the same boat. Major advantage for SYD and ADL if they get to the GF.

Yep. At least our game is on Friday though this week instead of Saturday.

Well that's the whole point of winning your QF - you get a week off, a home prelim, less travel, and the biggest advantage leading into the GF.

Other teams have done it after losing their QF - Sydney last year, Brisbane 2003 (both from 3rd place I believe), so it's certainly do-able.

If any teams are used to the travel and handle it better than others, it's us and that mob up the road. We have done the by far most Kms of any club this year, and recorded a 16-8 record, the dirty birds have done the second most Kms and got themselves to an 18-6 record. Either way, both clubs do alright even when they do travel.

There are no excuses, we are going to give our best this week and if we win, we will give 100% next week.

We are rank outsiders this week, so we have alot to gain, little to lose.
