Idea: post your weekly score, overall ranking, thoughts on supercoach scores from the weekend, and what you will be thinking about going into next week. You dont have to be top ranked to post in this thread

This week is scored 2232. This was about 10,000th for the week. I was 1408 with 6 players to go, so with captain Ablett scoring below par i was very happy with this result. My ranking went down 3 places to 46th. Very happy to remain in the top 50.

What a crazy weekend for supercoach! with Ablett, Cox and Higgins all down.

The score was a result of great work by Goddard, Riewoldt, Drummond, CCornes, Hurn, Judd, Selwood, McIntosh and Chapman. Thats why i didnt mind Cornes, Goddard and Judd scoring poorly last week - because normally they are great.

I was let down by Hodge, Ablett, Cox, Higgins, Franklin, Houlihan and Gibbs.

This week is going to be very interesting. With Ablett and Beams unlikely to play, and Anthony stinking up my bench, i will have to make a trade that i didnt want to in my mids or cop a 0 this week. Im also going to have to actually think about who to make my captain. Initial thoughts are probably Goddard, Riewoldt, Judd, Chapman or Cox.

Im really glad i made the skippy to roo trade 2 weeks ago as Roo has gone up 80k since then :)

How was your supercoach weekend?

I had an interesting round with alot of players performing under par. I was happy with a score of 2,274 after all the disapointing performances. I wasn't sure how my ranking would be with a score like this but with a weekly ranking of 6,343 my overall ranking stayed at 12.

With 16 trades in the bank I'm still looking to sure up my back half and with Ablett set to miss (?)week/s I have Barham to cover lol. I stuck with Petrenko on field and got a servicable 66 and very happy i stuck with Hill with a fantastic 138 which will see his price go up significantly in the next few weeks!

Chapman, Goddard, H-Mac, Roo, Judd, Chornes can all hold their heads high. Higgins, Cox, Houlihan, Fisher, Newman, Gibbs all had sub par games and can easily change their form next week.

Hopefully i can maintain my consistency next week.

Well Done and maintaing your form FBDONKEY!

Scored 2055 which was pretty ordinary. Still won which is all that really matters i guess.

Cox was down, Ablett (c) did not perform to his standards and is now set to miss. Brett Jones is useless and will be traded this week and i made the mistake of choosing Rance to start on the ground instead of hill which cost me 90 points and Houlihan and Hodge were also down and Richo only scored 20 odd.

Midfield was good with Salopek, Judd, Murphy, and Selwood all scoring good scores. Kreuzer was fantastic again and Chad Cornes made up for his poor score last week. Need to upgrade Jones, Malceski and Mitch Brown but that will still be a couple of weeks away. J. Brown was also very good this round.

Still a bit of work to do.

2335 for the week, nice score could have been better, but supposed with GAJ down it hurt alot of people. happy about Chappy, Goddard, and Davis.

Currently 147 overall up 189 positions. still have 14 trades left so may cash a few cows in this weekend Patrenko and walker to boost the bank up a bit.

2118 this week- a little below my 2200 average, and I lost my main league match by 7 points . Won the two BF league games though. 4919 overall ranking

Higgins, Griffen, Cox, Fisher, Rioli & Gibbs (and I suppose Gazza) under par
Happy with most of my young'ns- especially Hill- Ziebell & Krakouer were handy as well.
Would love to have had VC Goddard's score over captain Gazza's, but wouldn't have even considered it except through the rose-coloured glasses of hindsight. At least I've got a ready-made captain if Gazza's out this week. :thumbsu:

Malceski may have dodged a bullet with his 80- still only the one trade used for LTI (Leuenberger), and will probably keep the powder dry for another week. Will have to spend some time looking at the B/E's before making the final decision, but I'm happy having a full team playing, 19 trades left, $240K in the bank and some cows coming along nicely.

looks like u are well position to make a late move up the leaderboard munk3y.
Seen as you have so many trades left, are you gonna trade Ablett or keep him?

That's what I'm hoping FBD.

I'm pretty lucky with Gazza- I spent up big in the midfield, so can cover him- my mids this week are: Judd, Selwood, Gibbs, Griffen, Tuck, Rich (Ablett, Robinson). They're not all firing, but nor are they spudding it up.

Unless I come up with a cunning plan to turn one of them into Dal Santo or Neon Leon without eating too much into my kitty- Dal I can wait another week on given his high B/E, but Leon I might have to wait until later in the year. He won't keep going up, surely? (Where have I heard that before?) And I would be breaking a cardinal rule about multi-positional players taking up a spot in the midfield...

Tuck or Griffen to Power might be another idea- Tuck's got a bit more money to make yet though (and may come good), and Griffen is still pretty handy- just had to come up against the majestic Saints last week, poor lamb...:p
