It's the challenge .... It's raising the Bar.... It's competing..... They are different players but they both can push each other to become better players.... a bit like our midfield at the moment.

While everyone is pulling their puds over Heppell (and make no mistake, i wanted Heppell at Tigerland), i am wrapt with both these boys. I hope no one keeps noticing these two, and they fly under the radar all year. Screw the Rising Star, i'd rather a flag in three to four years (if possible).

Been the highlight so far for me. I wasn't really sure what to expect .
He is one of those blokes that looks like he has played over 100 games that other clubs draft and we wish we did!
Just does the right things at the right time,love his tackling and hardness ,and mostly his size.
Conca going great guns too. So far although early it's looking like an excellent recruiting period .

Seems like a real footballer. Not an athelete who plays footy. Conca and Batchelor have been good recruitments.

Looks a smart, composed footballer already, and will only get better.

Heppell is probably the better player atm.....just, but yeah to get batch and conca in the one draft means we're well ahead of the game over all.

Heppell is too busy getting lazy one-twos behind the play to lay a tackle or spoil like Jake's been doing.

Also said he was an early developer so he mainly played ruck throughout juniors, then when we played TAC level everyone was bigger than him so he was moved to defense and must have played a good game because he stayed there.
