good skills, looks like he has time and space and makes good decisions

In a really, really, really, really terrible display for 98% of our players at least Philthy has stood up and played well in his first game. Looked really comfortable and had some really nice moments. Only 1 direct turn over from what I can remember and it wasn't really his fault as no one else was moving around him.

Anyway we suck, Phil was good.

Agreed thought he played well looked better as the game went on.

What's the bet he gets dropped next week for Stevens?

This article says that Stevens is likely to miss next week as well.

In any case, we normally play 3 tall defenders - Rutten, Bock, Stevens/Hentschel. Davis should stay in the team until at least 2 of the others are available.
