Prince Of Wales front bar has reopened.
Have been overseas for a while but noticed in the latest Messenger that the Legends Bar is open again after probably 2 to 2-1/2 years. Open Thursday and Friday nights from 4 to 8. Happy hours from 4 to 6.
Its a great bar to go into and see historical photos, team of the century, autographs etc. I was very disappointed when it closed a couple of seasons ago so hope that they can keep it going this time. I guess it just needs clientele although they seemed to have had plenty back then too.
Used to be able to get a good feed at reasonable prices in those days, with a free entry ticket to Alberton thrown in (if you wasn't already a member).
Will be definitetly supporting the place this footy season, as long as they do the right thing too.
