If all the players have to play at their top, in a tough, running, finals type of footy, just to win each week (we hear them say this b/c they have no superstars and are very even); then surely they will burnout pretty early on in their careers.

We have hit burn out! This is the problem!

What!? Even your mate chauncey??? surely not....
 
Being professional has nothing to do with Burn out.

I am yet to see anyone else come up with any reasons for the situation, other the same old boring and tired stabs in the dark that footy fans have bellowed on about for the last 100 years.

You have to get beyond "player infighting" and "not playing for the coach".

You guys need to lift your vision a bit, reach for the stars, think beyong the footy scene. I suggest you look to people like Gavin Excel and Brucxe Lindner for inspiriation.
