Dyson can't keep playing a quarter and a half in the ones. Stick him on the wing in the VFL and leave him there all day. Bullen also needs a solid hitout before coming straight back into the team.

McVeigh seems to have recovered from his hammy, so he gets in. Richards VFL form must be rewarded and gets another chance. Kicked 4 goals in this fixture last year and won the Rising Star nomination that week.

CHF - Lovett-Murray may be unconventional, but its worth a shot. Could be very hard to match-up on.

Cupido must play a good month of VFL footy before getting a game in the seniors. Simple as that. We seem to be covering him pretty well anyway, and without a major reliance on Lloyd. NLM, Hird, Richards and the midfield have been and are more than capable of contributing on the scoreboard.

Re: Mercuri - had 14 touches in the VFL with minimal impact.

Barnard pasted Mercuri on radio last night.

Heart and mind just weren't there yesterday, when you ought to be trying to impress the coaching staff and match committee

Good. What exactly did he say, pazza?

Give Dyson a run in the seconds for a week bring McVeigh back... Cupido is the sort who wont play well in the seconds he needs the big time to really shine put him where he belongs... at Lloyds feet. if we play both NLM and him fine play Jobe at CHB with Bolton as a back up on the half back line Lucas at CHF...

So basically...

In : Cupido - McVeigh
Out: Dyson - Some1 very hard to pick who.

Only been reading about it bozza. Said pretty much what many of us who were at Werribee yesterday were feeling about him. Apparently Mercs cracked the ****s after being dropped and played accordingly, hence my comments.

Stanton also struggled after being dropped back from the Swans game.

As for Cupido coming in, no not yet. Wasn't helped by Banfield playing him at half back yesterday. Richards will get the call however.

Barnard gave Richards a big rap and I think we will see him paly against the Crows. I don't know why Mercuri has the sh*ts as the coaching staff has been more than patient with him the last two years. Get over it Merc and deliver what you are being paid.

McVeigh in definately.

Minimal changes. Dyson or Bullen to make way.

Possibly Cupes as a second change.

IN: Cupido, McVeigh
OUT: Watson, Dyson

Still a ? on Hirdy, but the club confirms he'll play.

Its such a big game for the Bombers, it wouldn't surprise me to see a wildcard like Summers brought in just for this game, such is Sheeds's style.

agree with Dyson being dropped. the kid will begood for us, but a run in the twos will help him no end, and also not eposing him to our stupid Footy Park hoodoo ould be a good thing.

Out: Dyson
In: McVeigh

Agree Teddy may come in for possibly Bullen who was schite last week.

Leave Watson IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, start with Joey on the ball, I know he came off the bench to god effect but he is a ball magnet and if he can get it along with Rioli and Hird we are a show.

And please for fcuk's sake, don't start with Nancy boy Hille in the Ruck. Start with Allan, at least give us a chance to get the ball out of the centre early.

Watson and Bullen must stay in - yes, they were both poor last week, but they deserve a second shot - and Watson was among our best in the last game at AAMI.

Cupido was beaten in the twos, and should stay there for another week - ditto Mercuri.

McVeigh in for Dyson - he needs a full game, and at the moment, he can barely get a full quarter in.

In. Richards, McVeigh
Out. Bullen, Dyson

Teddy has to be rewarded with a spot in the side. He's been outstanding in the vfl and it's about time he is picked and given a good amount of time on the ground. McVeigh sounds as though he is ready and will be a more than handy addition to the team.

Bullen probably needs a game or two in the vfl. He missed 3 or so weeks with injury then basically had no game time last week so he needs a full game with bendigo. Dyson also needs a full game as he has been played off the bench since playing in the league side.
Cupido can stay in the VFl if he is going to continue to play the way he is. lift your game Cupes!
Same with Mecuri as well!

If it's raining I would keep Bullen in the team, he's proved himself to be a good wet weather player. I'm not sure that we need to bring in another tall in Richards with the rain expected, but I suppose he did play well in the wet last year.

After hearing Robert Shaw interviewed the other day he hinted Dyson would be dropped and McVeigh was in line for a call up, I think that will be the only change.
