The d4 are great. but theyre are heaps of great nz and aus garage music, check out the label international trash.

It's great. Has more of a blues sound to it. Got it at JB HI FI in the city and I love it.
Apple Blossom a great song and I also like You're pretty good looking for a girl (great title), hello operator and your southern can is mine.

Is that "White Stripes" as in their debut album or another album (de stijl/white blood cells?). If it's the former which songs do you like from the album? I like Jolene and St. James infirmary blues but haven't heard that many songs from that album.

When I'm in Melbourne next week I'll probably go to JB and De Stijl is definately on my list.
Our JB usually has both in actually RF#1. (Plus, just between you & me, there's this lovely guy that works there, my 'garage guru guy', who's a huge fan.... Get him talking about them and he just goes on and on.... its great

Loved it. The best thing about the set was that in the 30 minutes, they only played two songs off White Blood Cells. The covered Bob Dylan and also sang a cover of Dolly Parton that they always play live - Joeline. Nice bluesy set which had their characteristic distorted rock sound. Certainly brought back memories of seeing them live.
