Just Hawks fans not wanting to confront a topic that will haunt them for a while. The merger may have failed but the relocation idea will happen so gradually they wont really notice it happening. 4 games now, 6 in the next deal and so on they just are happy to get the $$$$$

I recognise like your efforts on the Carlton thread this is a troll - in many ways its a very good sucker ball because it always gets Hawk people hooked, but I'll outline to you why it won't happen – as from what I could tell, that is what you were asking;

• To relocate (or play more then 4 games outside Melbourne) it requires 75% of the vote from the members...that's not up for debate that is fact
  
• The club has a long term agreement with different buisnesses to remain based at VFL Park and promote the estate and football in the region
  
• Even if the AFL did want to move us...what could they do? We don't get any funding from the AFL and our draw hasn't been great for a # of years anyway - in fact the Hawks are probably one of the only clubs in Melbourne that doesn't have the AFL pulling the strings.

I'm probably being way to serious in this - it is after all a humor board - but that answered your question anyway...I'm not insecure, I'm just giving you an answer to the question you asked

A for ability to get a response
C execution
D- for originality

All up its an okay effort, but you should have spiced it up a bit more for humor

I'll take the feedback and work on it. As to spicing it up at 1.20 Sunday morning it is a bit hard to get the old noggin working at it's most creative best. Cheers and thanks
