How is wanting tax payer money spent on essentials like affordable Housing and Hospitals instead of a needless/unessential football stadium a bad thing ?

Everyone who is not stupid knows that if the money is taken from the stadium and put into school and hospitals instead, it would make literally no difference at all. Awful little Stalinists have tricked confused boomers into believing the stadium is this massive expense compared to how much is spent on other areas of the government, but it's not. It's a tiny expense compared to those costs. The stadium will help retain people in Tasmania, attract young people here and grow our economy to help pay for all those other things!

Anyone who talks about housing and hospitals whenever the stadium is mentioned need to post a picture of them recently at a pro-housing or hospital rally or get the flip out! Nobody believes you care, you just want to put us all in gulags!

It was pretty good. But nobody beats Julia Style's performance as Kat Stratford. What an incredibly well written character! It's a nearly perfect romantic comedy. Heath was very charming in it also.

The Heath Ledger movie

With the legendary Mel Gibson too !

I have it on 4K actually !

But surely The Dark Knight is Heath's all time greatest movie, albeit tinged with incredible sadness and tragedy.

I would argue was probably the 2nd all time greatest acting performance by an actor as a villain, second only to Anthony Perkins as Norman Bates in the legendary Hitchcock masterpiece Psycho.

I have seen a lot of movies in my life (I especially adore the classics and back catalogue now available on prime video)

Ledger's beautifully morbid and utterly twisted depiction of The Joker is so poignantly beautiful and really sad to watch, obviously channelled into his own personal demons he had been battling at the time.

They should have called it 10 Things that make me want to Puke.

Save the Last Dance was a much better film if you enjoy a romantic movie with Julia Styles whom I admit was one of my favourites back in her hey day, a true beauty.

She should have gone on to have a much more successful career. She could actually act, unlike the very overrated Nicole Kidman or Natalie "Ruined The Star Wars prequels" Portman
