For me the senior player who could take the next step is Josh Fraser. He had a great year in 2006, showing something like what he showed 2-3 years prior. I think he may finally realise something near his number one draft pick status next year, especially if Richards stays fit and gives Josh some serious support.

The "mid-aged" player I'll be keeping an eye on is Chris Egan. Many punters are on his case about his alleged softness and arrogance, but all I see is class. It will be the thirs year for the boy an I expect a coming of age

The young player I reckon who could surprise all may be Danny Nicholls. This kid shows tons of toe, and with the Dawes injury opening up an opportunity for rookie elevation, I'm expecting Nicholls to play a few senior games and put his hand up for permanant promotion.

Ben Davies. He's a list filler ATM. He breaks the line, carries the footy and long kicks gain distance. I believe he will mature, he will benefit from the experience, still needs to make a giant leap forward to realize his potential, let's hope he has a good pre-season and gets a good year under his belt to set a benchmark.

Sean Rusling - I think given the chance at FF and if he stays injury free then he will be a big threat to other teams. Not many players can match his speed and size on the lead. He has had HUGE potential for the last couple of years, 2007 is time to step it up and let it all out.

I think Travis Cloke will set up big time next year.With both his brothers gone,he is into his third year and gained more expreience,the fact that tarrant has gone will throw more responsibilty on travis and he will blitz.Next year will see a true champ of the future emerge.One day this kid will be a game breaker.

They are different styles of player. Heath plays close and a bit "inside", and seems capable of playing "tall". Rhyse is a ball carrier who penetrates the lines.
