MELBOURNE DEMONS!!!
this is it!

today is do day!!! last day of the trades, and here is where things stand stand... (below) i've stated all the trades, and the ones that were likely to happen. i got aalllll of this info from the AFL site within an artical of bazza hall. if i've (the AFL site) has left anything out, just add it on!

The details of the three-way move include:

STAFFORD going from Sydney to Richmond in exchange for Daffy and pick No. 17.

HALL plus St Kilda's fourth-round pick (No. 53) going to Sydney.

SYDNEY giving the Saints picks 13, 17 (from Richmond) and 45.

The common denominator in this deal is pick 17, which started with Richmond, went to Sydney, then travelled back to Moorabbin.

Pick 17 is likely to cover a lot more territory if several other mooted moves transpire. By the end of this morning, pick 17 is likely to travel west to Fremantle, back to Melbourne, then down the highway to Geelong.

How?

St Kilda is expected to trade pick 17 to Fremantle for Heath Black.

Fremantle is then likely to on-sell it to Melbourne, along with pick 20, for Jeff Farmer.

The Demons would then use pick 17, as well as Brent Grgic, to secure Clint Bizzell from Geelong.

The only other trades finalised yesterday were direct swaps between Carlton and Adelaide -- Ben Nelson and Kris Massie exchanged for David Gallagher and Andrew Eccles.

In other developments yesterday:

HAWTHORN and Fremantle were locked in negotiations last night on the Trent Croad deal;

ESSENDON midfielder Joe Misiti is likely to stay a Bomber, while defender Damien Hardwick is destined for Port Adelaide and Gary Moorcroft for the Kangaroos.

KANGAROO Corey McKernan's move to Carlton in exchange for Mark Porter was still sticking on a money snag;

ST KILDA said it would not deal on ruckman Peter Everitt or midfielder Austinn Jones.

RICHMOND'S David Bourke has attracted interest from the Kangaroos;

ADELAIDE'S Peter Vardy could be traded to Melbourne in a three-way deal;

DOCKER Daniel Schell could return to South Australia to play for the Crows. The Dockers would take a draft pick from Melbourne.

Everitt, who has been linked to Collingwood, looks set to stay at Moorabbin.

THE DEAL

Richmond gets Greg Stafford from Sydney.

Sydney gets Nick Daffy plus the Tigers' draft pick No.17.

Sydney gets Barry Hall plus St Kilda's fourth-round pick (53).

St Kilda gets picks 13, 17 and 45 from Sydney.

LIKELY DEALS

Saints get Fremantle's Heath Black in exchange for pick 17.

Fremantle gets Jeff Farmer in exchange for picks 17 and 20.

Melbourne gets Geelong's Clint Bizzell in exchange for pick 17 plus Brent Grgic.

i just really hope we get rid of the gerge, coz as we all know - he's CRAP!!! and bizzles ok...

GO DEES!!!
