Ticketmaster issues

Any other Vic Platinium members out there who haven't been able to upgrade their R2/4 tickets despite queueing well before the 10am AEDT deadline and following the instructions, or is that just me?

I'm new to Vic Platinum, but not new to Ticketmaster and its issues unfortunately haha

Just got an update from the club - really appreciated and impressed with the speed of the response
Hopefully we hear more information soon

And, heard back again. The AFL/Platinium on-sale is now at 12pm (11 minutes apparently)
Fingers crossed that it works smoothly this time!
