What is the story with Ticketmaster?

2 weeks ago vs Sydney people here were suggesting it was a GA sell-out. Which aligned with my experience on Ticketmaster- no GA seats were available.

I upgraded to level 1.

However, clearly there were thousands of seats on level 4. Nowhere near a GA sell-out.

Today- same issue. Unable to purchase GA members seats on TM app or site.

Not interested in upgrading today. And not interested in the inconvenience of going to a ticket booth at the ground.

What's going on?!?

Why can't I buy GA seats using my membership?

Getting infuriated by this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Has something changed this season at Marvel, or since changing from Ticketek to Ticketmaster?

I've only been to Carlton (MCG) and Sydney where I had the same issue.
