I can't believe it, the tiger game, Richmond vs Fremantle won't be shown. We are being jibbed 3 weeks in a row now, and the first game we only go to see parts, because it was delayed coverage.

LOL at your life being the same as mine. In the end I bought a bigger house with separate male and female areas, including all the foxtel digital I want.

Unfortunately, the three games Foxtel televise live each week include the interstate clubs vs a Vic club, or a lower rating all Vic game. Hence our last two games have been on Fox, it's the price we pay for finishing bottom last year. This week it's us v Freo, so on Fox again. ALso Wst Coast v Dogs, and Port v Carlton. The following week our game against the Saints will be on Channel Ed as part of their Sunday coverage.

To be fair to the FTA networks, they want to show the best footy, and if we continue to prove that we are at least competitive and up for the challenge then we will get a run.

If I was in charge of programming, I would probably steer clear of a team just off the back of a 15 game losing streak with most of them by a margin of 6-8 goals+ and over by 3Q time......

I think fox should only play live melbourne games in the country and interstate and vice versa for other states. All I can say that if you call yourself a supporter then you would go to the game, especially if it wasn't live on tv in melbourne. I'd prefer fox to show a game such as West coast v Melbourne from perth live in melbourne, because Melbourne fans have an excuse not to go to the game. If there was a Richmond v Bulldog game the same day, I say they go to the game and if they aren't keen enough to go, why should they get to see it on tv, when a keener Melbourne supporter would want to see their team. There's nothing better than a big crowd with heaps of atmosphere and live tv reduces crowd sizes at games
