Hooowwwwww good is it to hear the tigers being mentioned as the first or one of the first clubs to be adopting new ways of doing things? It's such a breath of fresh air to have our club leading the way in many aspects, instead of chasing tail like we perhaps did over the last 30 or so.

So long as our supplements program remains basic, I'm cool.

On the one hand, it's pleasing to be considered a club that other's try and emulate and follow.

But on the other hand, it's annoying that our methods are being copied to improve other clubs. I guess the folk at the club will just need to keep on their toes and coming up with new ways to lead the comp and be a trend setter

Like Benny Gale said a few years ago, we don't aspire to be good, we aspire to be the best!

Others I think doing more training in the heat as well & recognizing the small benefit from altitude training in terms of cost.
