Tim Floyd Resigns...

Well nobody saw this one coming Ahh well, i think it was time for a change and hopefully we can find a better coach than Floyd, i never thought he was NBA material. I doubt he'll ever get another job in the NBA.

Jod, out of interest, what makes Floyd a bad coach?

Surely not even Jerry Krause couldn't expect to win when you trade away your only star and in return get a couple of magic beans that MIGHT turn into quality NBA players around the time of Michael Jordan's 8th comeback.

I've only seen tapes of Eddy Curry from college and have never seen Tyson Chandler (you seen them Jod?) but if they can't get any court time on the worst franchise in the league then all can't be right.

Coaches just dont coach, they have a hand in trading, drafting and all that and it just seems that since Jackson left and Floyd took over we have been spinning our wheels....Ive never seen Curry or Chandler play as of yet, heard a whole lot about them but you have to be fair to them, most rookies are already good because they have learnt the game for four years in the quality college system but both these kids have come straight outta high school and nobody expects them to beat Webber and Duncan straight up...there still learning how to play the game.

But Floyd's time was well and truly up, in three years the Bulls have had very low draft picks and we havent picked up any quality to make us any better. A change was imminent. I know its not all Floyds fault and that Krause and Reinsdorf have a hand in the **** were in but Jerry and Jerry are hardly going to fire themselves are they...

Phil Jakson couldn't have coached that side to more then 5-6 wins at this point. Our list is disgusting. We need a miracle to become decent............. or Red Auerbach. We stink

Yeah we are pretty bad....we just lost the Grizzlies today and are teh only NBA team in the league to not win a game away from home this season. Funny how the Bulls had two picks in the draft and could have had the two quality kids that beat them today. Battier and Gasol... Still i have faith in Curry and Chandler, they just need time.

Yeah was just reading about Cartwright's hiring. I think its a good move, he wont turn them around or anything but maybe he will give Curry and Chandler more time to play...

"They'll stay out there as long as they're playing all right," Cartwright said. "As soon as they hurt the team, they will come out. We're still trying to win some games here."

Well if they play well they will get rewarded, maybe we will see some more wins down the track..

If only Mcgrady came to us 2 seasons ago

Question is, whos available, that can do a better job than Floyd?

We are the worst team in the league by far, and if we go with youth, it will eb atleast another 2 years before we are competitive again and winning games........half frequently

At the moment we are in the biggest pile of $hit imaginable.

The amount of talent that has poured into the league the last 2 and 3 years has been pretty good....what have we got to show for it?? Artest, Chandler, Curry, Fizer.....hmmmm not what you would expect.
