Cross examined by Richard Douglas for Firepower liquidator Bryan Hughes, Mr Johnston replied "I cannot recall" at least 20 times in response to questions relating to events of the past two to three weeks.

What is it with these crooks? Another one that will turn up to court hanging off an oxygen bottle, perjure himself stupid & get a couple of years inside at the Taxpayers expense after which his health will miraculously return and he'll be off overseas somewhere to live it up with the millions he's managed to stash.

Is there any sort of justice that is appropriate for these corporate gangsters?
