Ok guys, so we lossed to Essendon - accept it and lets focus on Showdown this week.

I have to say I am not a huge fan of Showdowns (I always end up in a fight with some moronic Port supporter). But I am confident the boys will re-group after friday nights effort and have a red hot go against the Power.

Obviously we have a couple of decisions that are out of our hands in McLeod and Biglands having to face the tribunal. I am hoping that Andy's terrific record will help him get off the charging charge and Biglands - well I didn't see much of that one. I just hope that we get a bit of luck on Monday or Tuesday night whenevere the boys have to face the music.

Port will not be easy, they never are and currently in the game V Carlton I think they are well on top so it looks like they will be coming off of a win . Not what we really want, but they would be tough anyway. We will have to control there fast running game it we are going to win. We will need to be on top in the ruck an so having Biglands will be very important. And of course we have to control there dangerous forwards in Tredrea and Cornes.

We have lost the last three showdowns, so it is our turn for a win! I hope the boys can put last week behind them and focus on this weeks game. We will have to be at our best and I am sure the boys will do us proud.

I really, really don't want to go to the Showdown, especially if Biglands and McLeod get rubbed out. But I thought if everyone felt as I do, no Crows fans would turn up!! So I will grit my teeth, go to Footy Park, sit and cheer them on and come home as soon as the final siren sounds. I will be very surprised if we don't lose by 7 or more goals.

I don't think I've ever not wanted to go to an Adelaide game...maybe early in the week I'm a bit down but by Friday I'm usually well and truly pumped for the upcoming match.

Have a bit of faith Crow54, the boys are down but they'll bounce back hard...while it's highly unlikely now, you just never know, with a bit of luck we might pull off a sensational victory over the mighty Port Adelaide Power.
