Never tipped, doubt I would if I went overseas as well.

I trust you don't intend to dine out or take a taxi overseas then. Australia seems to be the exception rather than the rule, in many countries, it is customary to tip. When in Rome ....

I agree completely. I think it's disgusting that their minimum wage is so ridiculously low.

The ones working in electronics, PCs, phones etc. They also get a base salary, so its not all bad news. I know a couple that pull much more than your average white collar worker. And even more who turn down management positions because they get paid more for their sales jobs.
