At Todays match.. We played very well and Didn't give hawthorn an Inch all day.. Very Impressed.

I was very Very Impressed with The Debutant Julian Rowe Today. He Played a Good Game for his First. He used it relatively Well but his Handball was often off.. He will get used to the pace of AFL soon though. :D

Dane Swan did his Best while on and i was Impressed with his Agression and Tackling!

Leon Played well Today And i was Happy with His Work Rate and His work around the Stoppages and Tackling Today.

Nobody played Badly today.. Great performance!

:)

Also Forgot To mention The Great game of Alan Didak.. Loved him Today. have been impressed with him for a while now.. It finally looks like hes coming along!

i was at the game and was impressed by virtually all our players

tarrant was quiet for most part, obree struggled i thought except in last quarter he was good
leon was great in first half, 2nd quarter especially but died off
mckee didnt do much at all
swan was good in 2nd half, got plenty off footy and has a level head for the backline
richie cole keeps impressing me with his run of half back
rocca was great in the forward line again
julian rowe looked more than capable of playing regular senior footy for the pies

overall a very good win :)

I must admit, Rocca did really step-up today, showed he still has his old stuff.

It's good to see that Tarkyn is regaining his old composure, and that Didak is starting to come along ('bout time).

Of course, i can't forget the wonderful Fraiser...

i was really impressed by Julian Rowes game today.

i think shane obree is still a worry, seems he is really struggling with the pace of afl football, maybe still try and push him as part of a rotating midfield. but i think he might be in trouble if didak and davis spent more time in the middle.

your thoughts people?

spot on with obree, he is in trouble if didak or davis can hold down a spot in the midfield permanately as part of the rotation
this would render o'bree useless in my opinion, as he doesnt have the necessary requirements to play as a small forward and he is horribly out of form and struggling

I think if O'Bree doesn't pick up in the remaining rounds he might find himself delisted at the end of the year. I hope the Pies can play as good as this against Geelong, and start to show some of that form of last year again.

All i can say is that i hope O'bree doesn't turn into another Scotland.

He would have to improve his disposal 1,000% for that. I just hope we can get something for O'Bree at the end of the year.

His turning point was last year when he forced Capuano into early retirement. Up to that point in his career he seemed scared to face his opponent at centre bounces. From that game on last year he found confidence and strength as a ruckman.

I think this is the first time Josh has beaten a rated ruck opponent in the ruck (as opposed to around the ground). Great sign.
