Ive heard more form him in 2 weeks than from King in the entire time he has been at Geelong let alone Captain.

Proves that one of the changes from the review has been for the better!!!!!!!!

I think it's a good move and the next would be to install a younger bloke as THE vice captain. We need to groom someone to be the next captain, whether it be Chappy or Gaz I'm not sure but don't go and have 5 vice captains.

1 Captain, 1 Vice and a leadership group.

Thats a true leader... when the going is tough they front up.... it inspired Robert Walls to buy a Geelong membership....

I remember that - and lately it's been him apologising to supporters after debacles (and there've been a few) - signs of a true leader, facing up to the tough stuff as well as accept the accolades. Notice after the Hawthorn game it was Chappy who spoke - so he's willing as well.

Harley is the right person for the job atm. Chappy is a good understudy

Tom is a very smart guy, and he words well with the media. I loved his comments at the B&F, very honest in where the club was at and where it needs to be.
