He got the ball but I didnt think he was punishing, like a few of their other players who played far better.

Collins didn't say that. He was trying to motivate Meyer. Roach had given Meyer a serve at the break and he wanted to see Meyer lift and stick it to Roach.

Roach was just OK. Couple of good passages of play that's all.

It was against Coburg..he no doubt found a bit extra for this game...a one off...he will always be a 2's player so will not likely ever have the chance to rip any Aholes of any senior Tiger players!

Well Jake King was pretty good last year and I am sure people would've thought that he was too old, small or just not good enough to cut it at AFL level, and yet...

King has good disposal, Roach is what comes out when a piece of crap takes a shit.

If Roach was 12 years old then he would have had professional training by the RFC for 6 years leading up to draft time under Terry's new innovation. Unfortunately he'll be a dud kick forever and is clearly not good enough to be part of our future premiership midfield.

Even if last year Meyer was only a 15% chance to make AFL, it is still a 15% greater chance than Roach making it.

He can't kick at all under pressure - two AFL clubs have turned him down for this same reason, how is Roach ever going to play AFL? We all like to bag the current players on our list who can't kick under pressure but even they are still better at it than Roach! Is this an area we want to go backwards in, even though we are already one of the worst? The current hardships of 2007 has left us so desperate we are regretting decisions such as this one...
