OK team, gather 'round. This is a big game so we need a big effort from all of you. The battle with the Parrots board is one we can win if we all play to our ability, we just have to visualise a victory. You blokes and blokettes are good enough, you KNOW you can do it, so stop just thinking about it.

Rooboy96... you've got the job on Jod23. Jod likes to hit the ground running when he gets into a scrap, but crumbles under pressure and starts talking crap. If you win the mental game, you've got him beat Rooboy. You can do it, son.

Devo... I want you to tag Frodo. Bit of a rabble-rouser, gets in and under and not afraid of getting the hard ball. I reckon you can keep him under wraps if you play it smart. Go in hard and let him know you mean business. Big job, Devo, don't let the Roos down.

DOC... half back flank on Visro. He's got good disposal this young fella, so it's your job to make sure he doesn't get enough supply. Play hard, and let him know he's gotta earn it.

Choppy... here's your chance to wreak some havoc. Great work over the last week or so against the Pies, but we need another big one from you - don't wait until you're provoked, rattle them early, play the man... see if you can take out a few like Daddy 4 Eyes, Mr Eagle and One Eye... these blokes will pack their daks when they stare the Choppy juggernaut in the face.

Shinners... you've got a key job to do on Voice Of Reason. This fella hasn't been around long, but he knows what he's doing and can mix it with the best of them. This is where they can win it, so you have to make sure you don't let him get a sniff of anything except when he is chasing your tail. Drop your guts if you have to, all that wine and cheese has to be good for something.

Malibu... you get Basic. This fella works very well with his partner in crime, Jod23, so you and Rooboy will have to work as a team within a team and keep the two Parrot boys from linking up and feeding eachother. Very important job, Malibu, and I trust you to do it well.

Hilton and Fruity... you know Malibu's style and complement it well. I want you girls to take the Glenn Archer role and drop back into defence and help Rooboy and 'Bu out with their respective jobs. Just drop back and fill the gaps, cut off any forward moves and propel our attacks from the backline. Be offensive.

blueworms and Daphne... you gotta create some space and sweep up any loose balls around the middle of the ground. Look forward and bomb it forward where 35eye can mark it and finish it off with her excellent disposal.

I've taken it upon myself to tag Eagle_Fan. Gonna stay right up close and not let her get away - sticking to her like glue . At least I think that's glue .

By the way, I've been caught drinking wines from the Margaret River which is in West Australia, so obviously I have a link with that state and there will be rumours that I'll be walking out of the Roo boards and drafted onto the Eagles or Freo ones......but I'm royal blue and white through and through, so where's the contract extension and dotted line?

In light of recent speculation linking our star poster Shinboners with the boards of the two WA clubs, the BigFooty Roos collective has decided to clarify its stance in relation to Mr.Boners' contract situation.

Board officials have met with Mr.Boners, and have informed him that he is very much a required poster on the Roos board, and he was told by the coach "you're not f*cken going anywhere, and get that f*cken cheese stick out of your mouth and get a souvlaki into ya like a real man".

Tricky Nixon management would like to state on behalf of their valued client, Mr. Shinboners, that it is a slur on his character to suggest that he would be munching on a cheese stick, let alone be in the same room as one. However, as a player manager, Tricky Nixon Management would like to see him paid his full market value, and hence, will be spreading rumours of his impending transfer to the Eagles board unless the Big Footy Roos cough up the money so I, Tricky Nixon, can get a bigger slice of it.

It has come to my attention that there have been some changes made to the line-up of Eagles board representatives, so the BigFooty Roos collective has had to draft some replacements into our squad.

Daphne... solid, reliable, dependable Daphne. Where would the BF Roos be without you? Remember the spray that McKenna for PM gave to our Wayne a while back? For low acts, that's akin to pissing in the holy water . You hit back hard that time, Daph, and we need you to do it again. You're a class act, girl, and you're yet to let us down, need another big one from you this time.

Leia... you're only a youngster but I think you can be something special! Your big task is on WCE2000. He seems like a nice guy, and he probably is, but don't forget... he barracks for THEM! He's an experienced campaigner, and knows his stuff, but is prone to going missing a bit (Holidays? PFFFT!).

Hilly... reckon you're the resident sniper, eh? Go and snuff out Eagleskickass. You two match up well man for man. He gets a fair bit of action on the boards, so you have to play a very negative role. If that doesn't work, just snot him.

Aussie Roo... It's time for you to shed that "nice" persona... get out there and nut GoEagles. I'm sick of your smiley and happy att.itude - show us you're mean and nasty, and prove it on an unsuspecting victim such as GoEagles. GOINDOWNEAGLES MORE LIKE IT!!!

Gonzo... use your nous and experience to outsmart ah_19. This one gets a lot of hard balls but his disposal can be ordinary. You have to stop him getting those hard balls at all, because some of his teammates' delivery is good enough to not suffer from ah's disposal. If it doesn't work... hit him!

PaulKanga2000... you're the man to tag Eaglesflyinghigh.com. You have to outthink this bugger because he's pretty smart, and your knowledge of the game and its tactics is why you've got the job here. If it doesn't work... slug him!

Briedis... half forward flank is where you belong. Your aim needs to improve, you were shocking in '77 and let yourself down. Carneagles is your most likely opponent, but you can use your pace and agility to play off him. If it doesn't work... hit him!

True_Roo... good enough to take on two, so you'll get MDB and Iceman. They will probably try to slip under your guard a bit, but I'm hoping it's your front mudguard as you aim for them on the freeway.

Baron Baldrick... no need for coaching here, I heard you've already devised a cunning plan.

Groucho... I want you to turn Eagleheart into Peaheart. You can be scathing when required, and believe me, it's required now! GO GET 'EM!

Spidey... You'll be my helper in the coaches box. You can sit under the table (incase I drop anything of course).

Nah, can't be bothered with the Weagles. I might fire up next before the Scones game. I have been waiting for awhile to go head to toe with Dan. I may do some provoking to. Check for some sh it stirring Choppy thread starters on the main board early next week.
